I've been in your shoes, overwhelmed with my own business and personal life, as well as work, home and car debt. Too much going on that had nothing to do with fulfilling the dreams I had for my life, too many commitments to please other people. Stuck in front of the tv watching national geographic vs experiencing myself, washing away my own life by watching others reach and live their dreams right in front of me. Filling my time with meaningless parties and events that weren't healthy or getting me any closer to my dream lifestyle. Accumulating stuff and more stuff that society told me made me successful. All keeping me from actually living new experiences and sharing my gifts and talents with the world.
