- - walked over 2000 miles across the usa raising awareness for wildlife road crossings
- - donated photography of endangered great grevy's zebras in kenya to the great grevys fund foundation
- - tour guide in several usa national parks - yosemite, grand canyon, rocky & smoky mountains, volcanoes
- - observed with researchers wild orangutans for 10 days in the jungle of aceh, indonesia
- - volunteered on an organic farm in rural turkiye for 5 weeks
- - played an american cowboy at the base of mt. fuji, japan for 2 summers in college
- - bicycled self - contained 2500 miles across the usa coast to coast
- - motorcycled 9 months exploring in kenya, tanzania, malawi, zambia, botswana, namibia, South Africa
- - bicycled self - contained 2000 miles from canada to mexico
- - backpacked to over 16,000 ft on the santa cruz trek, huascaran national park cordillera blanca, peru
- - canoe trip deep into the peruvian, amazon eating piranha, seeing wild monkeys, caimen, scarlet macaw
- - bicycled across the moab desert in 125 degree temps (what was i thinking)
- - scuba diver egypt, baja mexico, komodo park indonesia, philippines, panama, nicaragua to name a few
- - meditated for a week in a buddhist monastary, in thailand for 6 hrs a day..(crazy i know)
- - backpacked se asia over 6 months including thailand, loas, vietnam, cambodia, philippines, indonesia
- - motorcycled over 3000 miles around vietnam
- - motorcycled over 5000 miles around colombia, ecuador and peru and into and along the amazon
- - summitted numerous 14,000 ft+ colorado mountains and others around the world
- - 1 year backpacking trip including india, türkiye, egypt, botswana, namibia, south africa
my purpose is creating stories that move people to care for the wild world
