My personal journey took me from a financially lucrative career in the box(office) that was deeply unfulfilling to a life full of freedom, travel and adventure.
This led me to found boldlyexplore to inspire & help men 45+ achieve wellness through wildlfe-nature adventure travel experiences.

My dream is to create a tribe of men, who want to get off the couch and explore more instead of watching a screen. Along the way improve their wellness and make a difference for wildlife and nature preservation.

I really enjoy making great life-long friends along this adventure journey throughout the world. I've been blessed to have traveled and explored 50 countries and counting, with incredible experiences that I hope help inspire you to create your own.
a few of my adventures I've been blessed to experience, and if I can do it, so can you!
- walked over 2000 miles across the usa raising awareness for wildlife road crossings
- played an american cowboy at the base of mt. fuji, japan for 2 summers
- backpacked explored on a motorcycle for 5 months kenya, tanzania, malawi, zambia and north botswana
- donated photograhy of endangered great grevy's zebras to the great grevys fund foundation
- backpacked to over 16,000 ft on the santa cruz trek, huascaran national park cordillera blanca, peru
- observed wild orangutans for 10 days with researchers in the jungle of aceh, indonesia
- canoe trip deep into the peruvian, amazon eating piranha, seeing wild monkeys, caimen, scarlet macaw
- bicycled across the moab desert in 125 degree temps (what was I thinking)
- scuba dived baja mexico, komodo national park indonesia, philippines, panama, nicaragua to name a few
- bicycled self contained across the usa coast to coast and then from canada to mexico
- meditated for a week in a buddhist monastary, in thailand for 6 hrs a day..crazy I know
- guided tours throughout several us national parks including the colorado mountains
- backpacked se asia over six months including thailand, loas, vietnam, cambodia, philippines and indonesia
- motorcycled over 2500 miles around vietnam
- motorcycled over 5000 miles around colombia, ecuador and peru
- summitted numerous 14,000 ft+ colorado mountains and others around the world
I love to adventure off the beaten path, exploring and discovering new natural places connecting with the local community, being active while traveling and making a difference for this beautiful planet as I go.
I aim to inspire men, and teach that taking action, to care for our planet can come with plenty of fun experiences and unforgettable memories.
